FENTO KNEE PROTECTION

These are our promotional conditions for our Like & Win promotions.

1. Prize draws are organised by FENTO under the trade name FENTO Knee Protection B.V, registered in Amsterdam. These promotion conditions are applicable to all prize draws.
2. Participation in these prize draws is free. You can participate by responding to a Like & Win promotion or, if applicable, by sending an email with the required details or, if applicable, by filling in an entry form. You will then be eligible to win.
3. Each participant may enter any prize draw once only.
4. All information provided by participants when entering a competition or prize draw must be correct, up to date and complete.
5. Participants must observe the Social Media Advertising Code of Conduct.
6. The duration of the promotion or competition is as stated in the description.
7. To be eligible to participate, participants must be aged 16 or above. All other participants are excluded.
8. The winner will be drawn randomly and impartially.
9. Winners will be notified in person, within 5 working days after the closing date, by email to the email address used to enter the draw or by personal message on the social media page to which the participant responded.
10. FENTO is entitled, at their discretion and without prior notification, to change/amend these promotion conditions or change/amend the promotion/competition, during the term of the promotion/competition, provided this does not disadvantage the participant.
11. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
12. Prices cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
13. The personal details obtained within the context of prize draws will be used by FENTO for the prize draw only and will not be provided or disclosed to any third parties.
14. Any cases which are not covered by these conditions will be decided by FENTO.
15. FENTO and the promotions it organises comply with Promotional Games of Chance code of conduct of 1 January 2014.
16. These conditions are governed by Dutch law.
17. Participants who do not meet the above conditions can be excluded from participation.
